ONLY provided to established medical patients.

At Central North Alabama Health Services (CNAHSI), we gladly accept 
Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, all children's and most 
third party insurances. Please check with your insurance company before 
your first appointment to confirm the terms of coverage and expected 
fees. As a courtesy, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
