The Free Clinic of Decatur Morgan County offers free healthcare and dental care to low income, medically uninsured residents of Decatur and Morgan County. The Clinic provides non emergency acute care and chronic illness management. The doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, pharmacy techs, dental assistants, other health care professionals as well as non-clinical staff all volunteer their time and services without pay. In addition to routine care, volunteer specialists are available to care for more advanced clinical needs.

Eligibility:
18 years old or older
Have no form of health insurance
Are not covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits
Meet the financial guidelines
Documentation to bring:
Picture ID
Social Security card
Proof of residence in Morgan County
Income verification for the last 30 days for yourself and everyone in your household
Your last completed and filed federal income tax return
Letter from food stamp office showing monthly amount given (if applicable)
Medicaid denial letter (if applicable)
