East Bay Community Action Program
The Community Health Centers provide affordable health care to Newport County, Bristol County and East Providence residents. Services offered include: family medicine, pregnancy testing, immunizations, care for acute illness, health screenings and general community education and referrals.Eligibility: Available to all residents of the East Bay. For those without health insurance, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medical Assistance, RIteCare and other private insurances are also accepted.Contact: The receptionist at one of the above listed numbers to make an appointment.
Hours: Monday/Wednesday 8:30AM-8PM Tues/Thurs/Fri 8:30AM-5PM Saturday 8 AM -12 NOON
