Dental clinic for Children age 2 to 20 including those in CMS, SFCCN, Florida Healthy Kids, Head Start, and any children enrolled in direct Medicaid or any Medicaid HMO.
Services: Emergency, Diagnostic, Preventive, Basic Restorative and Simple Extractions.Dental fees that are not covered by Medicaid or any other program, grant or payer are determined by eligibility screening and a sliding fee schedule which ranges from $0 for those at or under 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to the full Broward County Health Department fee for those over 200% of the Federal Poverty level ( equals 2x the Medicaid fee).
